On Friday evening, May 23, HOT BOOTS hosted a Boots Fetish Party at the Cell Block Bar. Throughout the entire weekend, a bootblack competition was held to choose International Mr. Bootblack 2003, and on Sunday evening, May 25, the International Mr. Leather 2003 Competition was held at the Congress Theater.
