Pascal was one of the 3 founding members of M.E.C. Association in 1994.
In 1995 he founded "Plan K" magazine, and was editor until November, 2002.
He created A.M.B.C. - Amis de la Maison de la Botte en Caoutchouc - in 2000,
an official association which promotes the House of the Rubber Boot, to
help real rubber booted men meet and have contacts.   In November, 2003,
he developed the free AMBC website and is the current webmaster of the site.

In 2005, in Seine & Marne, he opened the House of the Rubber Boot Museum.
There he is happy to welcome all men in rubber boots to share some pleasant
times together, refer to documents and books about rubber boots and rubber,
and the thousands and thousands of pictures of men wearing rubber boots or
rubber and, also, view his collection of more than 1,300 boots and waders!
