Using bottles for boot trees
When you finish a two liter bottle of soda, wash the bottle, and let it dry completely. Once it's dry, put the cap
on loosly and place the bottle in the freezer for a couple of hours. Remove the bottle from the freezer, cap it
tightly, and let is sit out at room temperature. The exterior dries and the air inside heats and expands. Slide
the inflated bottle into your boots.
The bottles really help to retain the shape of your boots while the boots are not in use. This method is less
expensive than a boot tree you'd buy at the store and it works great!
