Boots and Breeches

During the years that I have been gathering leather, I have met some very fine craftsmen. Here are four more pairs of breeches from differant shops.First, from Northbound Leather in Toronto, a pair of breeches with a full flare. They are really striking looking and are very comfortable in the saddle. Those are my Ariat riding boots with a laced instep.
This next photo is of some very light weight breeches from Argentina. I like to wear leather in hot weather, and these are ideal. They are very flexible, and the white side stripe looks good. I have on my 20-inch Wesco Boss boots.
Next is a great pair of truly custom fitted breeches made for me by david samuel menkes in New York City. They are a perfect fit due to his meticulous work. They are unlined and have a buttoned fly. Note the correctly placed, sharp flare. They have a big arse patch, and you may request a picture of that if you are interested. These are my 18-inch leather lined Wescos.
These are some breeches that get a lot of use these days. Made for me by Tunstell Leathers in Northampton, Massachusetts, the breeches have a wool flannel lining. I ride, essentially, all year round, and these breeches are incredibly warm in the cold weather. How do you like my 18-inch lined, laceup Wesco Jobmasters?
