Custom T.O. Stanley ostrich boots in
Cognac and brown anteater - both 12-D

My first Paul Bond boots (1970's - 80's vintage),
now painted for Christmas in red/green/white, also
appeared as red/white/blue for Independence Day.
20-inch tops, 2 1/2-inch heels, originally in tan
feet, navy blue wingtips, heel counters and throat,
with red tops and 10 rows of multi-color stitching.
My tastes have changed from the pointy-toe days,
but they still stir up fond memories.

My second Paul Bonds, probably early 80's - originally
in a bone color veal foot and throat with brown calf
uppers, but they got so banged up I dyed the foot a
medium brown/tan color (but left the throat bone).
The last pair I ordered with the pointed toes before
opting for more gently rounded J-toes and squared toes.
These would be in a size 12-D approximately, but one
thing Paul Bond does is fit your feet exquisitely.
They will allow for if you want to wear your jeans
outside your boots, inside your boots, or in between
for those who like to do both.  I go "both ways"!

Customs from Luskey's in Fort Worth, with black bullhide
foot and red calf uppers.  They fit like a glove.  These are
more like a 13-D, with just the right degree of arch to fit me.
